If customization is a must, then Option 3 is for you. SBH owns several vacant lots for buyers who want a hand in designing their homes from the ground up. The SBH team will sit down with you to determine what features are most important to you. After that initial meeting, we typically present a floorplan designed to accommodate your desires.
